Munster
Munster Information
Munster is the southernmost province in Ireland. The ancient Kingdom of Munster was once led by the famous Brian Boru whom for a brief time united Ireland and greatly reduced Viking presence. The city of Cork and Waterford both sit on the island's south eastern coast. This was the second most effected area by the Famine in Ireland, as such the area is rich in sites for tourism in the area.
